CAPE: An efficient CRISPR-Cas12a promoter editing system for crop improvement
Introduction
we demonstrate a CAPE based promoter editing and tuning pipeline for efficient production of useful quantitative trait variation continuum in crops.
Here is the preview of our CAPE esitimation results of six rice genes: OsGBSS1 (LOC_Os06g04200), OsGS3 (Os03g0407400), OsD18 (LOC_Os01g08220), OsD11 (LOC_Os04g39430), OsD2 (LOC_Os01g10040) and OsSD1 (LOC_Os01g66100). The caclculated aggregated scores as well as pre-designed guide RNAs are all shown in the JBrowse.
